The board of directors

 

 

 


It is composed of 40 directors representing the different member schools according to their status, authority and region.

The board :

The President on proposal of the bureau fixes the agenda. An item can be put on the agenda on request of at least a quarter of the Board members.

The board includes a maximum of 40 directors among the active members.

Half of them must be present of represented for a resolution to be passed.

Only a close collaborator or another director can represent a member of the Board.

The directors of the 12 founding schools are members by right. They may entrust their mandate to the director of another school in the same field of activities.

24 members at the utmost are elected for two years by the general assembly. The elected members may be re-elected. Half of the elected members are re-elected every year.

En case of vacancy, the commission replaces the members temporarily, who are then definitely elected by the next general assembly.

A few corresponding members, designated by the general assembly, are permanently invited to the sessions and may participate in the debates.
